The agreement
These Terms govern your use of the NamoraX platform and services. By opening an account, verifying your identity, and accepting these Terms during onboarding, you enter into a binding agreement with the NamoraX entity that serves your jurisdiction (see 'Who you contract with').
Who you contract with
Residents of the Republic of India are served exclusively by NAMORAX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74459MH2024PTC169746), registered with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Clients in other jurisdictions are served by NAMORAX GLOBAL TRADING LLC, registered in Singapore. Full details are set out on our Regulation page.
Regulatory framework
NAMORAX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED operates under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), registration number INZ00018766, and offers Contract for Difference (CFD) trading on international stock markets to residents of India in accordance with SEBI regulations and applicable Indian financial laws.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction, and you must complete identity verification (KYC). Accounts are personal to you; providing false information or trading on behalf of another person without authorization is prohibited.
Your account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it.
Trading & risk
CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and you may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
Client funds
Client funds are held in segregated bank accounts with scheduled commercial banks, fully separated from the company's operational funds, and cannot be used for company expenses. See the Regulation page for details.
Intellectual property
The NamoraX name, logo, and the platform's interface and user experience are protected by trademark and industrial-design registrations. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, NamoraX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the contracting entity, and disputes are subject to its courts.
